Welcome to DepositWin. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, and by creating an account with us you agree to be bound by them in full. At DepositWin, we operate under a licence issued by the Anjouan Gaming Board, licence number ALSI-202509006-FI1, dated 16/09/2025, and we are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros. Please read these terms carefully before you register, deposit or play any game on our platform.

DepositWin is owned and operated by Moonseeker SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-911192, with its registered address at LY Center, Avenidas 8 & 10 y Calle 39, Montes de Oca, San Pedro, San Jose, Costa Rica. Payment processing on our platform is handled by Deloulou Limited, incorporated in Cyprus under registration number HE 488214, acting as our payment agent. Our English version is the sole legally binding reference, and any translation is provided for convenience only and does not override the English text.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with DepositWin, you must be at least 18 years old and provide us with your full name, permanent residential address, date and place of birth, nationality and a valid e-mail address. Only one account per player is permitted per brand, and we reserve the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be held until our due diligence process is complete. We do not offer a no-account casino option; full registration is required before you can play.

Restricted Territories

Our Terms clause 2.8 prohibits the use of DepositWin by residents of a defined list of countries, including Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bulgaria, Comoros, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Italy, Malta, Russia, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and several others listed in full within our Terms document. Registrations may also be refused from jurisdictions restricted by the Anjouan Gaming Commission, FATF-blacklisted countries, EU high-risk third countries, and countries subject to EU or UN sanctions. Separately, our licence validation page names its own excluded territories where our licence does not apply, including Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain and the USA. We currently target players in Canada and Germany, neither of which appears on our restricted list; Interac in CAD is available for our Canadian players.

Deposits and Withdrawals

At DepositWin, we accept a wide range of payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, Interac, PIX, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MiFinity, and numerous cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether and Solana. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method, generally starting from 10 EUR per our Terms, though most methods require 20 EUR per our cashier system. All deposits processed through DepositWin are free of charge and credited instantly, with crypto transactions depending on network fees. We prohibit third-party payments, and EcoPayz deposits do not qualify for any bonus offer.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 business days, provided all due diligence documents have been supplied. Minimum withdrawal amounts start at 30 EUR for Visa, Mastercard, MiFinity, Jeton and Wire Transfer, and 30 CAD for Interac, while cryptocurrency minimums are considerably higher. We apply weekly and monthly withdrawal limits depending on your account status: Standard accounts are limited to 2,500 EUR per week and 10,000 EUR per month, while Enhanced accounts may withdraw up to 5,000 EUR per week and 20,000 EUR per month. Every deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested, and payouts of 20,000 EUR or more may be split into instalments at our discretion, without interest payable on the outstanding balance.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our Welcome Package offers up to 1,000 EUR plus 300 free spins across three deposits, and all our welcome bonuses are wager free, though the underlying deposit itself must be wagered once. Each bonus must be activated in our cashier before the deposit is confirmed, and our welcome bonuses are sticky, meaning they are deducted from your balance upon a withdrawal request. We also run a separate exclusive offer under code MEGA300, which carries a 60x wagering requirement on deposit plus bonus and is not sticky. Jackpot games, table games, video poker, live casino and all Yggdrasil titles, along with a defined list of slots, are forbidden while any bonus is active at DepositWin.

Bonus money is automatically wiped if you do not log in to your DepositWin account for two months, and two clean deposits played through without a bonus are required before you can claim any regular promotion. No-deposit bonuses and the Welcome Package itself are unavailable in certain countries, as detailed in our Bonus Terms, and specific maximum withdrawal caps apply to winnings generated from no-deposit offers.
